Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. The following policy ensures fairness to both participants and the team involved in organizing the Gathering.

1. Non-Refundable Fixed Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of ₹20,000 is required to confirm your spot. This deposit is part of the total package but will not be refunded under any circumstance.

 

2. Cancellations by Participants

The balance amount (total payment minus ₹20,000) is refundable as per the following schedule:

  • Cancel before August 15, 2025
    → 80% refund of the balance amount.

  • Cancel between August 15 – September 5, 2025
    → 50% refund of the balance amount.

  • Cancel after September 5, 2025
    → No refund will be issued.

 

3. Transfer of Participation

  • You may transfer your confirmed spot to another woman until September 10, 2025 with prior approval.
    → Admin fee: ₹1,000

  • Transfer to future OVA Gatherings is not allowed.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

For medical emergencies or compassionate grounds, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the team’s discretion. Documentation may be requested

 

5. Cancellations by OVA (Low Participation or Force Majeure)

  • If OVA cancels the gathering (e.g., due to insufficient participation by August 20) or natural/political disruptions,
    → You will receive a full refund, including the ₹20,000 deposit.

 

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
